Biscuit balls are not just popular holiday cookies but wonderful and quick-to make sweet delicacies for the weekdays, too. In this triple sour cherry biscuit ball recipe it is the sour cherry seed oil and the sour cherry vinegar that lends an exquisite flavor to the dessert.
Sift the powdered sugar and mix it together with the biscuit crumbs.
Add the sour cherry seed oil, the cherry balsamic vinegar, the sour cherry jam, 2 spoonfuls of Dutch cocoa powder and as much milk as to make for a pliable, spongy dollop. Let it rest for 20 minutes.
Shape nut- size balls from the dollop and roll them in the remaining cocoa powder.
