When you are suddenly taken by a craving for something sweet but cannot afford the time to prepare a cake, a delicious mousse can be the solution. This chocolate-sour cherry mousse recipe is easy to make and is simply unbeatable in its flavors.
Crumble the choco biscuits.
Melt the chocolate and mix it together with 150 g mascarpone and the sour cherry seed oil, 1.5 tablespoonfuls of honey and a spoonful of sour cherry balsamic vinegar.
Layer the ingredients in a glass: the biscuit crumbs go at the bottom, then the chocolate cream and third, the sour cherries. Repeat the procedure: biscuit crumbs, cream and sour cherries.
Mix 30 g mascarpone with another spoonful of sour cherry balsamic vinegar and the rest of the honey and pour it on top of the mousse. Sprinkle the remaining biscuit crumbs on it and decorate it with sour cherries.
