Our truffle pesto - handmade in Austria – offers itself for culinary experimentations. It is only the best “Tuber Aestivum” that is allowed to find its way into the bottle. Often used for seasoning, this summer truffle lends our pesto an unmistakable flavor of a mild, nutty character.
The basis of olive oil, parsley, hard cheese and tender almond leaves the truffle plenty of room to fully develop its flavor. It is an excellent accompaniment to pasta, scrambled eggs or omelets.
