That which is a matter of course for Asian people has only recently made its way into European kitchens. Exotic peanut oil has so many different uses in the kitchen that many professional chefs have already learned to appreciate the nutty taste. This light yellow oil is accompanied by an intensively nutty flavor reminiscent of the nut snacks themselves.
The production process for peanut oil is very complex because the nuts have to be husked then dried for two to three weeks. Then the nuts find their way into the oil press. Peanut oil from Pödör is pressed freshly each day and is guaranteed not to contain any additives.
