Tiger nut oil, cold-pressed

A rare oil from eastern Spain

Uses for cold-pressed tiger nut/earth almond oil
The aroma of earth almond oil cannot be compared to any other vegetable oil. It is sweet and mildly acerbic and is somewhat reminiscent of roasted walnuts. For this reason it is well-suited for enhancing desserts and other sweet dishes. Whoever likes smoothies can drip a little earth almond oil into them. With it, the vitamins from the fruits can be absorbed by the body more quickly. The sweet taste of earth almond oil creates exotic nuances in hearty dishes such as stews, soups, sauces and dips. Combined with fruity vinegars, tiger nut oil harmonizes particularly well with leafy green salads.
