By matching cold pressed oil and soy milk, you can create a gorgeous mayonnaise of perfect consistency. With their exotic aromas, the oils in this recipe are especially suitable for making sweet, so called dessert mayonnaises – enjoyed best with various fruits.
Pour the oils in a kitchen chopper. Make sure that the oils are of fridge temperature.
Add the soy milk, also at fridge temperature.
Chop the ingredients for 10 seconds, then add the powdered sugar and the teaspoonful of quince vinegar. Chop it for 5 more seconds.
It can be stored for 3-4 days in the fridge in a closeable jar. It’s an excellent dip for certain fruits such as peaches or strawberries.
