The fresh fruits of the summer lend themselves easily to be made into shakes. In this recipe, we have matched apricots with cantaloupe and flavored it with basil and cold pressed apricot seed oil. The result is simply divine.
Wash the apricots, remove their stones and cut them into smaller pieces.
Remove the seeds of the cantaloupe and dice its flesh.
Place the fruits in a glass blender. Add the water, the yoghurt, the honey, the fresh basil, the pear balsamic vinegar and the apricot seed oil and blend it until creamy. Enjoy it cooled!
