Pour 1 tablespoon of apricot vinegar into a jar with a closable lid. While preparing the dressing, make sure you follow the order of steps and always use a glass-walled dish.

Add salt and pepper.

Add 3 tablespoons of tiger nut oil.

Add 1 tablespoon of camelina oil.

Add 1 teaspoon of honey.

Close the lid of the glass dish and shake the dressing thoroughly.
