This vegetable-ham wrap recipe is a quick and healthy solution for days when you have no time for cooking but wish to have something nutritious. It is easy to make and you can even take it to work if you have no time to go out for lunch.
Peel the carrots and grate them finely. Cut the green part of the spring onions into small slices.
Add to the plain cream cheese, the camelina oil, the quince vinegar, the chopped up vegetables, a pinch of salt and a pinch of pepper. Mix them thoroughly.
Spread the vegetable cream cheese on the tortillas.
Place a larger lettuce leaf and 2 slices of ham on each tortilla and wrap them up.
You can take this wrap to work and enjoy it like a sandwich.
