To keep healthy, we are well advised to eat fish in one form or another once or twice a week. If it is only some canned fish that we have at home, we can make a sandwich cream from it, mixed with quality omega-3 mayonnaise and some sweet corn.
Prepare the mayonnaise. It is important to know that mayonnaise made with fresh, raw eggs must be consumed within a day, so it is best to prepare it before consumption.
Strain the tuna fish (preserved in plain juice) and mash it with a fork. Add the sweet corn that you have also strained.
Add the mayonnaise to the fish as well as a heaped teaspoonful of sesame seeds and mix the ingredients. Spread the cream on a sandwich or heap it on baguette slices, and serve it with a salad.
