Buckwheat porridge with yoghurt and apples

A warm porridge for breakfast will fill up your body with energy. Buckwheat porridge cooked in almond milk and served with cold pressed oils, yoghurt and some piquant apple is a healthy and delicious morning meal.

Production

Rinse the buckwheat with water and then start cooking it with the almond milk and a pinch of salt. When it has come to a boil, add the xylitol, cover it, and cook it bubbling for 30 minutes. When it is done, let it rest under the lid for 10 minutes.

Peel and then grate the apple, squeeze its juice and mix it with the quince vinegar. Then mix the oils and plain yoghurt into a lukewarm porridge. Then serve it with honey and apple.
