Pour the pitted apricot, the yoghourt and the 2 teaspoons of apricot seed oil into a bowl.
Add 1 teaspoon of pear balsamico.
Pour on 2 teaspoons of powdered sugar or honey, Agave, maple syrup according to taste.
Add the apricot seeds and blend it all well with a hand mixer.
Add 1 tablespoon of amaranth, 2 tablespoons of cornflakes, 1 tablespoon of oatmeal and 1 tablespoon of psyllium husk.
Toss the ingredients with a spoon, and that’s all it takes to enjoy your simple but substantial breakfast.
