Apple and fennel nicely harmonize, and their match can be made even more delectable with our hazelnut oil salad dressing. If you feel like having an easy-to-make salad rich in flavors, give our recipe a try!
Remove the stem of the fennel. Cut it in half, and remove its core. Finally, slice it into thin strips.
Wash the apple, cut it in half and scrape out its core. Cut it in half again and then into thin strips (as shown in the picture).
Put the raspberry vinegar in a closeable jar, together with the salt. Allow some time for the salt crystals to melt.
Add the pepper, the hazelnut mustard and the hazelnut oil. Shake it until the ingredients get properly mingled.
Place the apple, the fennel and two handfuls of mixed green salad in a mixing bowl and then pour on the dressing. Toss them together. Serve it with coarsely chopped hazelnuts and Roquefort cheese.
