Raw vegetables served together with spicy dips can be popular and healthy snacks at parties and kids’ parties. In March, season your dips with a fresh, healthy and truly delicious vegetable of the season: bear garlic.
Wash the wild garlic leaves, dry off the moisture and chop them up.
Add the ingredients in a kitchen chopper and chop them for 10-15 seconds until the mix reaches a creamy consistency.
Serve carrot, kohlrabi or zucchini strips with the dip.
Make sure that the ingredients of the dip are of equal, cooler temperature.
